\n What you'll be doing:Work closely with the CCO and Creative Directors to implement the vision and direction for the client and teamCome up with killer TV, social and digital campaigns Lead and direct cross-disciplinary development and execution of short-term (project specific) and long-term (account specific) creative strategiesCoordinate with the creative director and resource manager in projections for, and assignment of, creative discipline group members to client projectsWork on everything from high-level brand concepting and ideation to daily execution on client deliverablesDirect and guide art directors and writers in the creation of advertisingDelivers internal presentations to senior creative personnel and/or clients What you bring:A strong diverse portfolio with produced work in TV, social and digital campaignsTeam management and client facing experienceConfidence to fight for your ideas, and the humility to not hold them precious Ability to direct and enhance the efforts of a creative teamAbility to find new entry points when the brainstorming hits a wallExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships, internally and with clientsAbility to apply conceptual strategy, brainstorm facilitation, day-to-day directing of a project to completionIndependent spirit, entrepreneurial attitude, and a drive for innovationExcellent presentation skillsAny awards or recognitions would be cool too
