Enterprise Data Governance & Platforms (EDGP) is part of the larger Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS) organization. EDGP improves the customer experience and drives business growth through robust enterprise-wide data policies and governance and enabling a data-driven culture, while developing digital and data platforms that provide insightful customer relationships and allow users to leverage enterprise-wide data capabilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Define, manage and own the product Backlog
Manage product roadmap in collaboration with engineering and design functions
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into concrete requirements
Work with engineers on a day-to-day basis to execute requirements into end products
Perform relevant testing (SIT, UAT, PIV)
Partner with Business Support team (SABE) to troubleshoot critical issues at hand
Collaborate with cross-functional partners across multiple lines of businesses to capture requirements
Qualification Requirements:
Ability to translate complicated business requirements into multiple solution options
Excellent interpersonal skills, must be comfortable working on a diverse team spanning multiple locations
An ability to deal with a fast pace and changing needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of basic Agile principles and/or experience in Agile Product Development
Experience with SQL and Microsoft suite of products
Experience with Figma, Adobe Analytics and Google Cloud is a plus
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience
Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
