Your Role:
As the Associate Director of Corporate Development, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our future. You'll be a key player in our Strategy & Corporate Development team, collaborating closely with executives and the Board of Directors to address critical short- and long-term challenges. We're looking for someone who can anticipate market trends, chart a bold course forward, and effectively implement strategies alongside senior leadership. You'll thrive in our dynamic environment, balancing strategic vision with decisive action as we establish ourselves as leaders in the industry.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful change and innovation in healthcare delivery.
- Lead strategic planning, financial analysis, and corporate development initiatives.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to executive-level discussions.
- Develop and implement an innovation agenda to address pressing challenges in the healthcare landscape.
- Drive performance management and strategic planning processes to support our growth objectives.
What We're Looking For:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or related fields in healthcare, life sciences, or technology.
- Demonstrated self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Ph.D., M.D.) preferred.
- Top-tier management consulting experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in strategy development or corporate development within high-growth companies.
- Familiarity with data science and/or product management in healthcare settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
