The Associate Director, Global Oncology Commercial Pipeline Analytics, HHDDA will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic data insights and analytics to address global brand team's key business questions and inform launch-related decisions and activities for our new alliance pipeline products (e.g., INT, ADCs). The team member will partner closely with global marketing, operations, finance & enterprise strategy, and clinical & discovery to inform executive decision-making and increase commercial rigor through all phases of alliance asset development.
Reporting to the Director of Global Commercial Pipeline Analytics, the team member will work alongside other HHDDA teams (including market research, forecasting, data science, data strategy, etc.) to proactively orchestrate the planning and delivery of complex insights and analytics assessments. The team member will also help establish a set of analytics capabilities anchored to our early commercial marketing framework to shape franchise strategy and proactively "connect the dots" across the HHDDA cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and synthesize commercial data & insights solutions, business cases, and market evaluation to support decision making for the global alliance team. Inform alliance brand planning framework and work collaboratively with the internal and external global partnered asset team. Provide benchmarking analytics to collect, analyze, and translate insights into recommended business actions to inform launch development decisions. Serve as the "quarterback" for HHDDA functional areas to ensure an integrated and cohesive insights strategy for the brand. Communicate analytics and insights with cross-functional leaders effectively and provide transparency to all relevant stakeholders, including global marketing, operations, clinical teams, and governance committees. Required Knowledge and Skills: Bachelor's degree in a science, data analysis, or business-related field within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry. 5+ years of experience in insights & analytics, advanced analytics, market research, strategic planning, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Strategic thinking skills with strong ability to consolidate and synthesize primary/secondary data insights. Strong communication and collaboration skills with a talent for effectively communicating complex concepts to both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to identify and execute solution approaches to complex and ambiguous business problems. Understanding of real-world data assets and commercial pharma data ecosystem. Relationship-building and influencing skills with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Preferred Experience and Skills: Oncology therapeutic area experience. Knowledge of alliance partnership. Global experience. Launch experience. Knowledge of Life Science or consulting industry. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PharmD, PhD) appreciated, but not required. Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.
Expected US salary range: $149,400.00 - $235,100.00
Available benefits include bonus eligibility, long-term incentive if applicable, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
