The Associate Director of SC TEACHER is a senior leadership position that will lead the implementation of services and supports to schools and districts across the state; Expand and monitor organizational effectiveness; create budgets and work plans for a variety of projects; make creative decisions on next level innovations; and revise/create SOPs as operations evolve. SC TEACHER's five areas of priority help to de-silo existing data while also expanding our research agenda. The program aims is to meet both persistent and emerging needs to improve education systems supporting over1,300 public schools serving South Carolina communities. Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in education related field and at least 8 years of experience. Preferred Qualifications
