The Highlights:

Provides support in fundraising, outreach, marketing, recruitment, programming, event logistics, and digital transformation through the integration of marketing analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven strategies.

What You'll Do: Fundraising & Data Analytics:
-For our two annual fundraisers and several grants, you will be responsible for donation outreach via email, phone, and social media, as well as managing fundraising data through CRM systems and digital platforms.

-You will analyze data from donation efforts, generating comprehensive fundraising and grant reports to collaborate with the Director in making data-driven strategic outreach plans for the future.

-Leverage business analytics to identify patterns in donor behavior, optimize outreach strategies, and develop predictive models to increase fundraising effectiveness.
Youth Programming & Program Analytics:
-Manage the outreach, recruitment of coaches and participants, event coordination, and facilitation of the Center's youth programs.

-Apply marketing and business analytics to improve recruitment strategies and enhance participant engagement through data-driven decision-making.

-Use digital tools and platforms to streamline event coordination and improve the participant experience.
Outreach, Recruitment & Marketing Analytics:
-Responsible for marketing and building new relationships for all programs, including recruitment of participants, instructors, students, volunteers, interns, and organizational partners.

-Analyze market trends and use data analytics to create targeted marketing campaigns, distribute flyers, set up booths at events, and manage cold calling and emailing strategies.

-Attend and set up networking events, utilizing marketing data insights to optimize recruitment and engagement strategies.
Administrative:
-Manage record-keeping through database systems and digital platforms, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency in operations.

-Responsible for social media content creation & scheduling, utilizing analytics to track performance, optimize engagement, drive brand awareness.

-Coordinate events and programs from planning, scheduling, reserving, and outreach to facilitation, using digital project management tools and data analytics to streamline processes.
Recruit and supervise volunteers and interns, who will report to you directly.
Responsible for scheduling shifts, training, and reviewing performance using data-driven tools for evaluation and improvement.
Assist the Director in managing student workers, volunteers, and interns, leveraging analytics to monitor and improve team productivity Lead efforts to prepare, manage outreach, facilitate, and report on our two annual fundraisers, which have recently raised a total of over $100,000, as well as grants totaling over $100,000.
Identify, secure, and manage new funding opportunities, including additional fundraisers and grants, through the application of business analytics to forecast potential revenue streams.


What You'll Need:Minimum required education and relevant experience: High School diploma/GED 3 years experience working for labor related organizations (unions, worker centers, community labor focused organizations, etc), and experience in digital platforms Preferred education and relevant experience: Bachelor's degree with experience with fundraising, non-profit management, marketing analytics, administrative support, and working with youth.
Experience in data analytics, digital transformation and data-driven strategies is a plus.
Detail-oriented and proficient in database entry, marketing analytics, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite (shared drive, docs, forms, etc.
), and data analytics tools like Tableau, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
Preferred intermediate skills with Canva, Publisher, Photoshop, and other marketing platforms to create digital content.
Strong communication, writing, and social media skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
Periodically spends extended periods of time driving, sitting, or standing.
Hours vary and include some evenings and weekends.
Much of the position can be done remotely though part of the position requires in person work at places such as the office, events, and partner organizations throughout Cook County and surrounding suburbs.
Must be able to drive or secure transportation for self in such instances.
May be asked to very occasionally attend meetings, trainings, and/or conferences in other parts of the state and U.S.
