We are looking for an analytical and strategic leader to join our team as the Associate Director of Network Strategy & Analytics, reporting to the Senior Director of Network Optimization & Analytics. This role is critical in driving our network growth, ensuring the right patient-care connections, and optimizing our processes and tools for maximum efficiency and provider satisfaction. The Associate Director will be responsible for leading our network growth strategy, enhancing patient referral predictability and volume, and ensuring a seamless provider experience through data-driven insights and process improvements. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, people leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional partners.What you'll doDrive Our Network Growth Strategy:Develop and implement comprehensive network growth plans targeting new customers.Prioritize recruiting efforts, determining the optimal timing, volume, and type of providers needed.Lead strategy development and manage projects for new growth opportunities.Support customer and prospect conversations with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.Optimize providers' caseloads with well-matched patients:Enhance the predictability and volume of patient referrals to ensure a steady flow of patients to our network providers.Ensure that each member is accessing the appropriate type of care tailored to their needs.Optimize Data, Tools, Reporting, and Processes:Partner with cross-functional teams, including Business Intelligence and Data Science, to develop and maintain robust analytics.Continuously improve processes to streamline the Provider Operations department and enhance internal efficiencies.Ensure accurate and actionable reporting to support decision-making and strategy adjustments.What we expect from youBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Data Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).7+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare industry.Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies and managing large-scale projects.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and familiarity with business intelligence software (e.g., Looker).The target base salary range for this position is$126,740 - $158,425, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
