The Associate Director – Short Term Mission Teams will collaborate closely with the Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for deploying 100+ teams to the field annually, in order to meet East-West goals. This includes working with the Director – Short Term Mission Trips to ensure all trips are properly registered, as well as provide metrics for reporting purposes. The Associate Director will shepherd the team of Catalysts, providing guidance and leadership, especially when faced with difficulties. This role will personally lead the coordination of 4 STMTs each year. The Associate Director is responsible to ensure all policies, forms, procedures, etc. are being complied with by STMT Team Leaders. The Associate Director will represent the Director when absent and is responsible for playing their part to achieve the bigger mission of East-West and for ensuring that all ministry activities are clearly aligned with East-West Vision, Mission, Values, Statement of Faith, and Biblical principles. This is a fully support-raised position.
