To Apply for this Job Click Here Associate Director, Technology Delivery Management (Hybrid) We have an immediate need for a direct hire Associate Director, Technology Delivery Management to join one of the nation's largest mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) building systems organizations. The Associate Director, Technology Delivery Management will have a strong application and software development technical background coupled with excellent leadership and communication skills to drive the successful integration and management of applications across the organization.
Location: Garden Grove, CA. Hybrid working 2-3 days onsite per week. Hybrid strongly preferred but will consider remote for the right candidate. This job expects to pay about $130,000 – 180,000 annually plus benefits. What You Will Do: Develop TDM strategic vision/plans and implement strategic plans for application management and application integration aligned with IT Department and the organization's objectives. Lead the end-to-end management of applications throughout their lifecycle, including planning, deployment, maintenance, support and retirement. Design, implement, and maintain robust application integration solutions to ensure seamless communication and data exchange between different systems. Build and lead a high-performing team of application managers, integration specialists, solution analysts, and as needed developers. Evaluate and select third-party vendors and software solutions for application management and integration. Define measures to assess the performance and effectiveness of application management and integration processes. What Gets You The Job: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Eight (8) years of progressive application management and integration experience, including 5 years of leadership experience. Strong technical background with expertise in application development, integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware), and enterprise software platforms. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams. Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in application management and integration. Knowledge of construction or related industries is a plus.
