Associate – Energy Advisory (Project Finance) – New York or Washington, D.C.Job Description: The New York and Washington, D.C. offices of McDermott, Will & Emery seek a 3rd – 5th year Associate with a Project Finance background to join its Energy Advisory group.

Our 40+ lawyer renewable energy team is routinely selected by global market leaders to create innovative structures, to mitigate risk and to create business opportunities in a complex and dynamic energy sector. We represent leading project sponsors and developers, private equity funds, tax equity investors, financial institutions, independent power producers, regulated utilities, corporate power purchasers, and equipment manufacturers along the entire arc of project development, construction, operation, finance, and acquisition.

Expected Pay Range for Associates: 2024/2023 Class Compensation Years: $225,000
2022 Class Compensation Years: $235,000
2021 Class Compensation Years: $260,000
2020 Class Compensation Years: $310,000
2019 Class Compensation Years: $365,000
2018 Class Compensation Years: $390,000
2017 Class Compensation Years: $420,000
2016 and more senior class compensation years: $435,000
