Associate General Counsel

Portfolio management firm/hedge fund is seeking an Associate General Counsel reporting into the General Counsel.
Responsibilities will include investment advisory, general corporate, and compliance-related matters.
2-6 years of relevant experience trained either in-house or at a law firm.
Hybrid in office policy.
Must Have Skill Set: investment advisory experience; excellent drafting and negotiating skills; detail oriented with excellent organizational skills; 2+ years of experience.
