Overview: TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the USA and many other countries in the world. The client below is a home appliance manufacturing company and the worlds second largest appliance maker. It produces a variety of products intended for home consumers.
Position: Associate Graphic Designer Location: Charlotte NC 28262 Duration: 6 Months Job Type: Contract Work Type: Hybrid 60% onsite 40% from home Job Description: What youll do: The Associate Graphic Designer will create visually compelling deliverables for the instore consumer experience with a focus on PointofPurchase signage and product packaging. You will execute design deliverables representing the client brands following the brand guidelines and standards to the highest degree. Youll also support the creative team in executing branded content across various digital and print mediums.
Other responsibilities may include: Design and version out packaging designs across multiple SKUs
Execute PointofPurchase deliverables while continuously thinking of ways to improve the POP experience
Ensure all deliverables are designed in accordance with our global brand guidelines
Collaborate with key stakeholders in marketing product and other departments
Communicate project progress and potential challenges to the Lead Designer on a timely basis
Simultaneously work on multiple projects with various timesensitive deadlines
Who you are: You have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates your passion for design and typography. You are both reactive and proactive you work efficiently and flexibly to deliver results. You can think in a creative and strategic way but are adept at delivering operationally to ensure tasks are followed through to completion. You have strong communication skills with a focus on collaborative and efficient problemsolving. Your enthusiasm is infectious and inspires and engages your colleagues and collaborators to achieve deliver and be accountable for their work. Youll also have the stamina essential to delivering results in both the short and long term.
Qualifications Required: Open to Associates Degree Preference for Bachelors degree in Design or related area
1 year of professional experience in consumerdriven companies or agencies
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of print design best practices
Must be proficient with Photoshop InDesign Illustrator and Microsoft office tools
Comfort with light copywriting is a plus
