Position: Associate, Growth Marketing (Part-Time Independent Contractor)
Location: Dumbo, Brooklyn (hybrid with some in office presence as needed)

ABOUT THE ROLE: The Associate, Growth Marketing will support the planning and execution of performance-driven marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on email, SMS, and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key growth initiatives across these channels. This part-time position is ideal for a results-oriented marketer with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in email and SMS marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the execution and optimization of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.Support SMS marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and engaging messaging to drive customer engagement and conversions.Assist in the development and execution of loyalty program strategies to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.Analyze campaign performance metrics across email, SMS, and loyalty channels, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and effectiveness.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine creative assets for email and SMS campaigns.Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, SMS messaging, and loyalty program features.Maintain and update campaign calendars, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with brand goals.Support the Growth Marketing team with ad hoc projects and reporting needs.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, SMS marketing, or growth marketing.Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar tools.Experience managing SMS marketing campaigns and familiarity with SMS platforms (e.g., Yotpo, Attentive, Postscript, etc.) is a plus.Understanding of loyalty program strategies and tools is highly desirable.Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.Basic understanding of A/B testing principles and tools.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities.Passion for the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry is a bonus.WHY JOIN SOKO GLAM? In accordance with the applicable law, the following represents a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum compensation range for this position: The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $25-$33 hourly. Compensation for the role will be determined based on permissible, non discriminatory factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
