Purpose of the Position BridgeInvest is seeking an investor relations specialist for our series of real estate credit funds.
The role will be responsible for creation of marketing materials and managing success of marketing campaigns, including investor events.
You will conduct regulator correspondence with HNWI, family offices, bank platforms/RIAs and small institutions primarily in Latin America and in the U.S..
Candidates should have a strong analytical background, with an ability to multitask and excellent attention to detail, reporting directly to a Partner at BridgeInvest.
Key Responsibilities Updated marketing materials, including investment memorandums, PPMs, pitch decks, quarterly lettersDrafting and updating DDQs, RFPs, investor questionnaires, investor databasesManaging Sales CRM, including contact information, relevant notes/feedback to report sales targets to PartnersProject manage roadshows and marketing campaignsDraft white papers, intellectual capital, as well as coordinate investor eventsUnderstand retail and institutional channelsLiaise with placement agents and large LPs on reporting requirements The Candidate Skills and Competencies Minimum of 5 years of investor relations experience with strong analytical skills.Self-starter attitude with ability to act independently as well as think outside of the boxOutstanding communication skills, both verbal and writtenBachelor's degree required, preferably with a finance, legal or real estate focus Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a finance, legal or real estate focus Compensation Base + BonusTotal Compensation: $125,000 - $165,000 SE# 510564429
