Continuing Education and Community Engagement's English Language Institute is hiring in-person adjunct ESL instructors to teach ESL classes on a rolling basis.

Responsibilities
Teach ESL classes according to the class objectives and materialsRead ELI Mission and curriculum, prepare class syllabus according to the provided syllabi templates, read and follow guidelines outlined in the ELI Faculty HandbookAttend one faculty meeting and 2 sponsored activities (6 hrs. total) per sessionKeep attendance, report attendance daily, record grades weekly, be able to arrange for substitutes in the event of an absence, maintain communication with ELI and check email daily Minimum Qualifications Master's in TESOL or in a related field with a TESOL CertificateTeaching experience, preferably in a variety of skills and levels Preferences Self- motivatedResponsibleAbility to work individually and as a member of a teamAbility to communicate effectively with people from a variety of cultures and countries Special Instructions Summary Additional Information
