Arthrex is actively searching for an Associate, Integration Project Planner to manage and lead our initiatives within the Visualization portfolio. Main Objective: Assist in system installations planning and coordination of O.R. integration products, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, quality work, timely and efficient workflow, administering policies and procedures applicable to quality, efficient, and profitable operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support Project Planner in the creation of pricing proposals for network and O.R. integration products. As assigned coordinate and/or schedule an inspection of customer sites to create an accurate scope of work and updating of customer quotes Assist in project materials and parts list for installation are planned and communicated within the required time frame. Assist or lead in the creation of system drawings, architectural markups, and/or specification drawings required for projects Identify, create, or proposed system installation kits through working with Project Planner Assist in the creation of standardized elevation drawings for project bids and/or customer meetings Assist with project coordination by working with Project Managers on creating proper customer profiles, system documentation, and Device History Records. Provide feedback to Project Planner and Project Management team on network and integration products. Attend industry conferences to provide input on new and upcoming technologies that can help improve system deployments and design. Work with assigned Project Manager to help plan installation teams based on project schedules and priorities Assist with installation crew or team training through onsite training or classroom environment training on best installation and/or new product deployments practices. Answer emails and project requests clearly and promptly Support project team to design, develop, and drive project work plans to achieve desired results Understand and anticipate project needs and work with teams to mitigate potential roadblocks Work with team members to prioritize and to timely and accurately complete project tasks Assist in the creation of project budgets to ensure project estimates are accurately developed Education and Experience: High School Diploma and 1 year of relevant work experience required OR a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. Experience or training in effective customer service techniques and methods for resolving problems and customer complaints. Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training: Technical knowledge of computer networks, surgical visualization, and operating room infrastructure and understanding of uses of the products.
