Our client, a growing material handling, automation & storage company, is looking for an Associate IT Manager to join their team! The Associate IT Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of an organization's information technology systems. The Associate IT Manager will provide technical support to end-users, manage and maintain hardware and software, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement IT security measures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics
Good experience working in Microsoft shop
Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, macOS) and software applications.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of IT security best practices.
Strong communication skills to interact with end-users and team members effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are a nice to have
Responsibilities:
Install and configure hardware and software
Initiate, track, and respond to trouble tickets
Building processes
Responsible for leveraging Microsoft Dynamics to optimize business processes, enhance customer engagement, and increase operational efficiency across the organization
Record, track, and document the resolution including remediation actions
Timely response to requests and issues
Develop and maintain equipment repair and replacement methodology
Provide onsite and remote support to users
Assist new hire training for core IT equipment and software
Deploy equipment for new hires and/or workstation end of life
Maintain Active Directory and Azure environments
Maintain O365 environment - including setting up and maintaining user accounts, email boxes, and licensing
Maintain SharePoint intranet site - including set up, security, and ongoing development
Work with outside MSP to ensure corporate compliance and for additional support
Maintain printers, plotters, firewalls, and other network devices across all offices
Manage and deploy mobile devices through service provide and MDM solution
Create and track equipment inventory
Assist with development of Power App, Power Automate, or other software solutions to enhance and streamline business processes
