Associate Laboratory Technician

We have an opening in our Sterility Department for an Associate Lab Technician.   Position Details:Schedule: Monday - Friday 7AM to 4:00 PMHours: Full-Time, 40 per weekPay: $18/hr to start with opportunity for growthPerform Sterility Testing in compliance with applicable Regulations, International Standards following SOPs in cleanroom type environment, perform QA/QC tasks, prep carts.Experience / Education    Associates or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 1 year of relevant industry experience without a degreeKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:Ability to work in a team environment and independently as requiredThorough understanding of Good Laboratory Practices and Good Manufacturing PracticesProficient in Oral & Written communication.Need to be able to read, write and understand EnglishPhysical Requirements:Clarity of Vision – ability to distinguish colorMust be able to work in lab setting with exposure to biohazards / chemicals Must be able to wear appropriate PPEMust be able to work in environment with variable noise levelsAbility to stand / sit / walk for long periods of time Ability to lift / push / pull / move 40 lbs. routinelyAbility to crouch, bend, twist, and reachMust be able to work in small, confined spacesMust be able to perform activities with repetitive motionsMust be able to work overtime as needed.Shift  -  Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
