Associate Litigation Attorney

Our firm is seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney with experience in oil and gas, real estate, or construction industries.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Represent clients in general litigation matters, including contract disputes and regulatory compliance issues.
Provide legal counsel and strategy development for cases involving oil and gas, real estate, or construction sectors.
Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and present cases in court.
Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.)
from an accredited law school.
Active and in good standing with the relevant state Bar.
Minimum of 3 years of general litigation experience with a focus on oil and gas, real estate, or construction law.
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to handle multiple cases and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
