As an associate house counsel staff manager, you'll oversee legal assistants, leads, and administrative assistants physically located in one or more locations. A typical day will involve critical decision making, providing clarity for client questions, handling escalated and complex issues, managing and developing others, and working with managing attorneys to implement new processes and workflows. Ideal candidates will rely on their strong time management skills while providing valuable support to our attorneys, be responsible for any hiring or training efforts, along with coordinating day to day office operations within the support staff.
This is a hybrid position with occasional travel to an office for meetings and/or training. Candidates must reside within a reasonable driving distance of the office they support.
