POSITION TITLE: Associate Marketing Manager POSITION SUMMARY: The core responsibilities of this position will be primarily operational in nature, supporting photo shoot planning and brand experience events. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage photo shoot contracts, inclusive of models, photographer and videographer, handling redlines and sign offs with external agencies and internal legal team Execute purchase orders and manage invoice process for photo shoots Maintain internal budget tracker with photo shoot expenses, with ongoing reporting to manager and finance for budget status seasonally Plan for and coordinate video and photo content for all customer-facing events Submit marketing briefs for live and digital events to coordinate cross functional marketing support for all events Manage logistics for brand events inclusive of sourcing product, booking travel, creating talent briefs and run of show Partner with Customer Marketing Teams to strategically plan offers, loyalty integration and customer acquisition tactics for events Assist in managing and executing Live Watch & Shop digital events Travel may be requested for in-person brand events QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Social or Digital Media, Public Relations, Communication, or related field with a GPA of 3.0 or higher High degree of proficiency in Google, including Google Slides, Sheets, Mail, Calendar & other applications Experience with Canva Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, & planning skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team, both internally and externally Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and results
