Are you up for the dare?This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.Position SummaryAs an Associate Nurse, you will assist nursing and physician staff with medical office duties and care of Emergent and Non-Emergent injuries and illnesses. We'll rely on you to help maintain a professional and friendly environment, providing excellent customer service to patients and associates.Perform medical duties including physical examination preliminary testing, administer vaccines, point of care testing, and other assigned duties.Prepare examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and availability of necessary medical supplies and equipmentConduct general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient recordsMaintain accurate and confidential medical records for associates, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsCoordinate with external healthcare providers, such as specialist and hospitals, to ensure associates receive appropriate care and follow-up.Assist any injured associates with the Workers Compensation process.Facilitate OSHA required testing including hearing conservation, respirator and heat physicals.Develop and implement health promotion and wellness programs to improve employee health and well-beingAdhere to medical and ethical standards, including HIPAA regulations, to maintain patient confidentiality and privacyManage inventory of office and medical supplies, restocking as neededRequirementsAssociate's degree or equivalent3+ years of professional experience in the healthcare/medical industry or military equivalent2+ years of experience performing phlebotomy, EKGs, vital signs and IM vaccinations independentlyCurrently CPR/AED certifiedOther1+ years of experience working in occupational health is preferred1+ years of experience setting up and running SharePoint sites is preferredCurrent US Registered Nurse license is preferredThe approximate pay range for this position is $52,000.00 to $78,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
