About the role:
Corporate Accounts (CA), Pricing and Contracting (P&C) is seeking an Associate Business Analyst, to work alongside the P&C team in support of Corporate Sales field based teams. This role is responsible for supporting aspects of Pricing and Contracting within targeted Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and other key accounts. Support includes, but is not limited to, reporting and analysis and comprehensive contract management. The ideal candidate is highly motivated with analytical, technical, problem solving and solution-oriented competencies. Candidate must possess the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and time sensitive environment, be process oriented, and have effective communication skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
Partner with CA P&C Analysts to assist with high impact pricing/business analytics, comprehensive contract management and decision support to maximize revenue growth and profitability within targeted Corporate Sales accounts.
Serve in a support role for large-scale national Requests for Proposals (RFPs) across multiple sales divisions, with responsibilities including critical financial modeling/analytics, and assistance in the development and coordination of RFP responses.
Work cross-functionally with P&C, legal, finance and marketing as well as other BSC divisions to ensure effective workflow throughout the contract lifecycle and consistent process execution.
Assist in tracking and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including pricing metrics, revenue, contract compliance, contract performance metrics.
Support implementation of best practices, processes, and tools to ensure effective workflow throughout the contract lifecycle, consistent process execution and unified approaches that maximizes sales support execution, quality, effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.
Collaborate and partner with the Corporate Sales organization to insure effective contract execution.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or similar discipline
Competency in experience with Microsoft applications including Excel and Word
Fundamental analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred qualifications:
0-2 years of business-related experience
0-2 years of Sales and Marketing pricing, analytical and contracting management function experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
Exposure to Model N or other Contracting/Revenue Management systems
Familiarity with Salesforce.com utilization, reporting, and analytics
Tableau or other business intelligence/reporting platform experience
