Associate Product Development And Sourcing

Our client is building a new online lingerie brand that blends technical design with bold, sexy innovation.
Our client has created a team of experts from top lingerie brands across the country to create high-quality lingerie, bras, and loungewear.
As part of their **Product Innovation** team, this role will help deliver samples and assist in developing our collection.
This is an in - office role!
Will Relocate!
RESPONSIBILITIES: Support sourcing and development of raw materials and trims.
Oversee approvals, maintain files on specs, lead times, and costs.Send tech pack information to suppliers and manage daily communication.
Own product development tracking and ensure timely sample deliveries.
Collaborate on technical specs, fitting processes, and supplier feedback.
Assist in building processes and maintaining development standards.
REQUIREMENTS:2 Years of structured bra experience.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, PLM, 3D software, and Adobe Suite.
Confident communicator and proven experience in the lingerie industry.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Understanding of apparel timelines, product development, and raw materials.
