Associate Product Manager

Personify is seeking an Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our team to execute the Product Roadmap for MC Trade, a membership management software built for chambers, associations and organization-based memberships..
The Associate Product Manager will work closely with the cross-functional engineering team responsible for maintaining and growing the MC Trade product, prioritizing work for the engineers and reviewing and communicating product updates to the rest of the company.

Your Impact Work with customers (feedback and directly) to understand their problems and needs.
Work with designers on solutions for problems prioritized in the roadmap Participating in Kanban team process methods, including planning, prioritizing, reporting, demos, and retrospectives Maintain a prioritized backlog that aligns with available Engineering capacity and maps to an overall solution roadmap Define feature requirements (i.e.
via user stories) in collaboration with product leaders Work closely with Engineering to ensure solutions are ultimately delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner Work directly with product leaders to understand and support the Product Roadmap Support Customer Support, Sales, and Product Marketing in the development of feature descriptions and new release content What You Bring Bachelor's degree 3-5 years experience working directly with customers in a customer service, training, or technical role, preferably in the SaaS or Association/Non-profit industry Advanced general software skills, including use of multiple applications to manage daily tasks and a solid technical understanding of software operations Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills Join the PersoniFam: A Career with Purpose
