Join Ria's Product Team as an Associate Product Manager and help millions of clients receive and spend their money with ease.
Work with cross-functional teams to develop a cutting-edge product that simplifies money transfer, and creates fast, reliable, and affordable services.
Responsibilities Drive initiatives to enhance user experience and new features of Money Transfer and other financial service products.
Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall customer journey by using Figma.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business, engineering, compliance, operations, and others to define requirements and prioritize features.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and drive product enhancements.
Define and prioritize features and functionalities to ensure a consistent user experience across brick-and-mortar POS application and digital online platforms.
Write Business Requirements Document to define the end-to-end solution including front end user experience, back-office operations, and vendor integrations.
Conduct UAT testing, roll out and collect KPI to measure success.
QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience in product management.
M.Sc.
or MBA degree preferred.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Proficient with Figma, JIRA and Confluence.
Strong UI/UX design experience.
Demonstrated ownership mentality and willingness to tackle challenging problems head-on.
Proven track record of shipping products to users and driving measurable results.
Deep expertise in one of the following areas: Data analysis, User Experience (UX) design, or Software Development.
Versatility and ability to wear multiple hats, understanding the holistic product ecosystem and interdependencies.
Strong critical thinking skills, with a natural curiosity about user behavior and decision-making processes.
Ability to clearly articulate the rationale behind product decisions to the team and stakeholders.

The target salary in California for this position is $75,000.
Actual starting compensation may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, and skills.
