Responsibilities:
Product Line Management
Own the lifecycle of assigned product offerings - including scope, design, implementation, and support.Drive product adoption and own metrics/dashboards, cost-outs, and pricing to maintain health of product line and profitability.Act as a liaison between engineering, sourcing, regulatory, operations and various field functions in product line sustaining activities across Culligan's flagship product range including residential and standard commercial portfolios.
New Product Development and Commercialization
Support the 3-year multi-generational product line roadmap for assigned product offerings.Use voice of customer research to inform new product development decisions.Work with engineering, finance, marketing and regulatory to develop business cases and product requirement documents for assigned new product development projects.Own national product launches and commercialization for assigned products.Manage project timelines with tight deadlines, from start to finish.
Dealer Support
Work closely with the Regional Sales Managers, Regional Technical Advisors and New Product Task Force Teams to address specific product requests and issues.Provide new product training through the New Dealer School and other regional dealer events.Travel will be based on business needs - up to 10% of the time. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required.
Engineering or Business major preferred.3+ year's experience in Assistant Product Management function or similar roles.Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.Previous experience in the water treatment industry a plus, but not a requirement.PMP certification a plus.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint).
