Location: Hybrid in the Greater Detroit Area
Role Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant B2C product development /product marketing/category marketing experience with consumer medical devices, air purifiers or humidifiers, powered products, electronics, kitchen electronics sold at retail.
Demonstrated ability to assist with creatively identify trends and growth opportunities in products as well as packaging, merchandising and other communications vehicles.
Proven track record of assisting with developing cutting edge consumer products and features that have been successful in the retail marketplace.
Must be willing to work on assisting in all facets of the product development and management process.
This is a hands-on position.
Experience collaborating with retail and buyers is a huge plus.
Experienced assisting in project management and able to assist the team in working with cross functional teams consisting of both internal and external suppliers.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial culture.
Flexibility and adaptability
Availability to travel as needed for business.
