This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into product management for the first time, using their demonstrated skills in research, analysis, and project coordination.
You will assist in executing product roadmaps, gathering user feedback, and helping deliver innovative solutions that align with our mission.
This is an ideal role for someone with transferable skills from fields such as project management, marketing, research, or UX design, who is eager to develop their career in product management.
You will work closely with a Product Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet user needs and support OCCRP's partners and audience.
Responsibilities: Owning the roadmap and product management for several important OCCRP products.Assisting in the development and execution of product roadmaps for Product Managers for other products that support OCCRP's strategic objectives.Conducting user research to identify key user needs and gathering product requirements for new features or products.Supporting the prioritization of product features, enhancements, and bug fixes to deliver the most valuable improvements.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and analysts, to ensure products meet user and organizational goals.Monitoring and analyzing user feedback after product launches and reporting on key metrics.Assisting in creating and maintaining internal and external product documentation, including user guides and support materials.Helping ensure user inquiries and product-related issues are resolved in a timely manner.Person DescriptionYou are an organized, detail-oriented individual with demonstrated skills that can be transferred to product management, such as research, project management, or marketing.
