Pathway Community Church is looking for a passionate, skilled Associate Production Manager to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. We are looking for a skilled leader with experience in audio, video, lighting, and broadcast AV systems that will thrive in this role. Hours: Full time position – 40+ hours/week
FLSA Status: Salaried/Exempt
Summary:The position of Associate Production Manager for Pathway Community Church (PCC) plays a vital role in the daily operations of our ministry. This individual will collaborate with the Production Manager to assist with the creative execution for the production team in all PCC live environments including weekend gatherings, holiday experiences, and any live events where production support is needed (in-person or online). The incumbent will seek to use their personal gifts and skills for the benefit of the church by contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the team, the department, lay volunteers, and affiliated ministries.
Qualifications:Individual must love God and people and have a vital, growing relationship with Jesus Christ, demonstrating spiritual maturity and integrityMust embrace the values, vision, and goals of PCCMust possess excellent verbal skills and have the ability to work in a collaborate team environment while building strong working relationshipsAdvanced knowledge and ability to operate and troubleshoot technical systems including, broadcast audio, video, lighting equipment and AV systemsA self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, and high-accountability work environmentMust possess strong creative skills and abilities to carry out the vision of the Weekend Experience Executive DirectorEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Duties are outlined by general guidelines and require creativity and initiative to help execute the direction and vision of PCC's leadership. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by the supervisor. A listing of standard tasks anticipated include:
Collaborate with Production Manager to execute the vision of the Weekend Experience Executive Director regarding team discipleship, training, production, and general support of online and on-premises ministries, while providing insight on the overall creative experiencePartner with Production Manager in creating unique stage designs to capture the vision of the Senior PastorOversee and maintain all AVL equipment inventory – campus wideTroubleshoot and repair equipment issuesCollaborate with the Creative team from idea conception to final production setup and execution, utilizing creative skill sets to continually grow our capabilities as a churchProactively recruit, train, mentor/disciple, organize and maintain a volunteer team for Pathway ministry events and weekly services that provides support in FOH, lighting, stage, and videoImplement set-up, rehearsals, services, and tear downsAccountable for audio, video, and lighting installationsProvide organization for run-throughs and rehearsal schedulesSupervision:This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
