Varo's Project Portfolio Management Office (PMO) is looking for an Associate Program Manager and change agent to help lead critical processes and implement improvements in our agile, experiment driven operating approach, to iteratively learn in pursuit of delivering on enterprise OKRs. In this role, you will own important tools and processes, collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage and track deliverables, and support the continuous improvement of our governance strategies. The ability to be resourceful in seeking out solutions, build relationships with critical stakeholders, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment is essential for someone in this role. Strong organizational and communication skills are key, and you should have experience and a proven ability to balance process optimizations with stakeholder preferences.
\n What you'll be doingManage a portfolio of strategic processes that are foundational to business operationsServe as the primary owner of critical business forums and reportsOversee key metric tracking, ensure regular status reporting, and mature our ability to accurately monitor and glean insights from launched initiativesEnsure essential product delivery procedures are followed and contribute to defining and improving standardsDevelop and curate dedicated PMO spaces and tools that will reduce the manual workload for data collection and disseminationProvide project and program management support for critical initiativesOwn and update integrated enterprise roadmap You'll bring the following required skills and experiences5+ years experience with project or program management in an adaptive, agile software development ecosystemStrong organizational and time management skillsDemonstrated track record of partnership and collaboration among cross-functional teamsStrong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skillsAmbition to drive toward continuous improvementFamiliarity with Jira, Jellyfish, and Confluence is strongly preferred
