We are looking for someone to have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. \n Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:Schedule high volume of intricate candidate virtual & onsite interviews for multiple recruiters and hiring teams Manage the onsite candidate interview process; serve as the face of AHEAD for candidates who are interested in joining the team Maintain all recruiting docs/folders – process training docs, candidate materials, marketing decks in OneDriveBook travel and lodging for out-of-town candidates and work with AP department to submit and track candidate expenses Ensure candidates have an excellent candidate experience at AHEAD with timely responses and follow-up, company information materials, etc. Create and post content for career pages on social pages like LinkedIn, Glassdoor and external AHEAD website Identify opportunities for improving candidate and employee experience at AHEAD  Associate Recruiting Responsibilities:Perform direct follow-up on referrals to identify qualified candidatesProvide a focus on sourcing candidates and follow up on applicants for approved headcount'sRecruit on a variety of technical and non technical roles Work closely with Recruiting team and hiring managers to identify new avenues to attract talent 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced roleScheduling and calendaring experience Attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriateAbility to take ownership of projects and be proactive about suggestions to improve processAbility to multi-taskExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidatesAbility to drive projects with a sense of accountability and sound judgmentCollaboration, Innovation and Drive and a passion for building and growing AHEAD
