Associate Regional Director

Seeking a highly motivated, experienced Associate Regional Director of Operations for an established truck driver training program. The individual would report to the VP of Operations and will include travel to Sage Truck Driving Schools located in Utah, Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho.

Responsibilities include coaching employees to improve operational metrics, driving results of the region, ensuring that the operations have strong leadership, and are performing efficiently, effectively, and up to standards. The Associate Regional Director will also participate in the hiring and training of Program Directors. They will conduct performance evaluations, handle discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Complies with all Federal, State, and institutional policies.Train, develop, coach and mentor Program Directors and other staff as necessary.Ensure that all personnel adhere to SAGE and IEC policies.Partner with Corporate Office to ensure adequate staffing needs and advertising.Provide guidance, leadership, and support to campuses to ensure effective achievement and EBITDA growth.Audit employee and student time and attendance.Implements approved policies and procedures through the Region; ensures policy and procedures are followed as established.Provide mentoring and guidance to subordinates and other employees in the Region.Acts as a support resource to review and provide input on performance reviews, and disciplinary actions provided to employees within the Region.Work with Corporate Level Leaders to ensure each campus location within the Region receiving appropriate support and guidance as needed.Communicate and explain new directives, policies, or procedures to staff within the region.Other tasks and duties as assigned. ***** Bachelor's Degree preferred.Effective management, leadership, and organizational skills.Transportation industry experience/CDL helpful, but not essential.Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work successfully managing multiple campuses.Attention to detail, problem-solving skills; and the ability to analyze performance and continuous improvement and implementation of best practices.Strong organizational skills, self-motivated with the ability to motivate others.Working knowledge of office equipment, Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular).
