Service Commercial and Business Banking loans on Signature for life of loans. Responsibilities include booking new loans, processing extension, modifications, processing payoff letters, loan servicing and customer service etc.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Processing-Manage the monthly SBA reporting in compliance with SBA and bank guidelines.SBA Regulatory Knowledge-Display and maintain extensive knowledge of SBA loan program SOP for SBA loan programs, portfolio servicing, and compliance to insure loans are processed thoroughly and documented for closing in compliance with the current SBA SOP. Monitor and assess SBA changes and updates to ensure staff are on the cutting edge of SBA processing, servicing and compliance procedures and requirements.Commercial Loan Servicing Ability to deliver high quality professional service to internal and external customers, understanding all aspect of loan processing, ensuring requests are processed accurately within established credit guidelines and departmental procedures.Read and understand all commercial loan documents including notes, agreements, and understand how the data is set up on the required loan system. Performs loan servicing functions such as loan booking, processes renewals, extensions, modifications, payoffs, charge-offs, payments etc.Assist with monthly SBA reporting and exceptions. Skills/Requirements:

College degree preferred. The estimated salary range for this position is $24.00 to $26.88 USD an hour. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
