Responsibilities
• Carry out assigned projects, laboratory work, and data analysis under supervision• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment• Follow laboratory and safety procedures• Maintain laboratory notebook and document data• Help meet laboratory quality, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance• Perform work in a safe and environmentally conscious manner• Complete microbiology skills evaluation and BSL-2 Lab training• Work with different sterilization technologies• Complete training and demonstrate proficiency in microbiological techniques• Complete training and demonstrate basic understanding of various tests
Requirements
• 1-5 years of related microbiology laboratory experience• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, or Molecular Biology preferred• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability• Experience working successfully in a team environment• Maintain technical knowledge consistent with scientific literature• Comply with protocols, regulatory, and laboratory requirements• Operate standard instruments and perform basic maintenance• Demonstrate good writing and oral communication skills
