Inotiv is seeking additional associate scientist/scientist for their Biotherapeutics GLP laboratory.The role involves bioanalytical method development and validation for large molecules.The candidate should have experience in ligand binding assay techniques.

Responsibilities
• Work with senior scientists for bioanalytical and immunoassay method development, validation, and sample management/analysis.• Collaborate with the director to develop innovative bioanalytical techniques.• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain data integrity.• Perform method development, validation, sample analysis, and troubleshoot failures.• Create, maintain, and improve standardized tools for method development and validation activities.• Provide directions and guidance to new and junior scientists.• Support and analyze vaccine development processes.• Author and review technical documents.• Identify new approaches, methodology, and state-of-the-art equipment.• Support biological characterization of large molecules and improve immunoassays.
Requirements
• At least an MSc degree in chemistry, immunology, biochemistry, or related field.• 3+ years of bioanalytical experience, preferably in regulated bioanalysis.• Experience with biotherapeutics, biomarkers, and large molecules.• Experience with ligand binding assay multiplex platforms.• Knowledge of GLP/GCP/GCLP regulations.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.• Proficiency with MS Office Suite products.
