Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Location: 1901 North Solar Drive, Oxnard, CA with the flexibility of working remotely three days per week
If you live near Oxnard, CA, you'll enjoy the flexibility of hybrid remote role* as you take on some tough challenges. 
Primary Responsibilities:

Communicating with clients to diagnose technical issues
Providing step-by-step instructions to fix technological issues
Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a timely manner
Installing and configuring software
Walking users through the process of fixing technical issues
Prioritizing workload to ensure the most critical issues are resolved first

High School Diploma/GED or higher 
1+ years of experience using strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
1+ years of experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Excel and Crystal Reports
1+ years of experience with Managed Care and/or Healthcare data
Basic level of proficiency in SQL Query

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
