Job Description - ASSOCIATE TITLE IX COORDINATOR (T221550) DescriptionIn close collaboration with and under the direction of the Title IX Coordinator, to assist with the operations of the Title IX Office. To develop, implement and coordinate educational programs. To assist with the resolution process of reports/complaints asserting violations of the University's nondiscrimination policies, as well as corresponding Federal laws including Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX), relevant provisions of the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013 (VAWA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act).
Annual Salary Range: $57,940 - 94,150
QualificationsMaster's degree in Higher Education or related field and two (2) years of professional level experience in student conduct administration, conflict resolution or related field required. Juris Doctorate or Master's degree in Higher Education, Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Organizational Development or closely related field and experience with Title IX, VAWA and the Clery Act in a large university setting (Division I athletics, research institution, urban setting) preferred.
