About the role
.
The Associate Training Specialist is responsible for design, development, implementation and facilitation of new hire and tenured staff training.

What you'll do in this role

Delivers technical, procedural, product, and customer service training to new and existing employees, in groups and one-on-one.

Creates formalized training plans for new employees and responds to training needs for existing employees. Works closely with team leads and managers for planning and collaboration.

Develops training modules to support new and existing employee technical, procedural, and customer service needs. Develops/maintain procedural and system procedures, and associated reference materials and job aids as needed.

Collaborates with management and quality assurance in assessing ongoing training opportunities by identifying focus areas within the department.

Compensation

Hourly Salary Range: $25.56- $42.58 plus eligibility for annual bonus program 

Who you are

Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
Team player with ability to collaborate across organization.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to facilitate and present to groups of varying sizes and skill level.
Experience using PowerPoint and SharePoint and other learning technologies.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Attention to detail, quality and accuracy.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities concurrently.
Strong project and time management skills.
High School diploma or equivalent experience required
