Animal Clinic of Kearney is a full-service AAHA Accredited small animal hospital, offering the best in medical and surgical care.
In addition to a high standard of preventative care, surgeries, spay and neuters, dentals, end of life, etc., we also offer services such as orthopedic surgery, ultrasound, dermatology, tonometry, endocrinology, radiology, cardiology, and even some pet emergency cases!
We have a talented support team that we utlilize well.
Fully equipped dental unit includding digital dental radiography Orthopedic surgeon that comes in 3.5 doctor practice with a certified technician with each dvm and two with each dvm during surgery!
Great mentoring atmosphere as well as learning atmosphere for leadership or more complex cases as well No on-call responsibilities!
Ideal schedule being M, T, TH, FRI 8am-5:30pm, but can discuss further!
Ideal qualifications: Missouri Veterinary License - active and in good standing Teamwork mentality and open to collaboration Open to our Leadership Development Year Long Program to develop not only your business mindset, but also soft skills.
A year long program for Hospital Leadership or people who desire leadership in the future Starts by visiting the home office in for a few days where you would be involved in training Weekly meetings for your personal development Main focus is soft skills, leadership, communication, management styles, how to lead effective meetings, retention skills, financial aspects like how to read a P&L and business focused-GREAT invaluable information that would stick with you.
