The AVP, HR Leader will oversee the strategy and execution of all Human Resource functions (including HRBP, Shared Services, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Data/Analytics, Benefits and I&D) and activities for all regions of CenterWell Home Health and will be the single point of HR accountability for all aforementioned functions. Responsibilities: Drive strategic impact of the human capital plan Drive consistent HR best practice and execution of delivery Direct human capital strategy Drive culture in partnership with leadership Develop Home Health specific policies Operational oversight for all regions Partner and support Home Health specific initiatives and programs Execute on market relevant compensation programs Drive and ensure execution of recruiting strategy with flawless execution to ensure staffing effectiveness to meet center needs Direct supervisory oversight of HRBP team for Home Health; dotted line accountability for other HR assigned partners Facilitate annual HR processes within Home Health leveraging HR partners Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 10 or more years' deep HR experience across multiple HR disciplines, preferably in an operational environment Previous direct leadership experience Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Experience implementing and measuring success on complex initiatives Ability to think strategically, work independently, and direct the work of a large matrixed team Strong relationship building skills Process-focused, with ability to drive meaningful process improvement and user experience Desired Qualifications: Master's degree Additional Information: Remote location is flexible and remote, anywhere across the US.
