Job Salary: $70k-$120k depending on experience

What You Will Be Doing The Assistant Superintendent's role is to aid in the management of day-to-day construction activities and help supervise field personnel and subcontractors as required to successfully complete the project on schedule. The super will be responsible for producing quality work that is consistent with the standards outlined in the project's contract plans and specifications.
What You Need for this Position - 3+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Experience in ground-up, occupied renovation, and/or reuse/ preservation projects
