We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Assurance Manager to join the team in our Not-For-Profit team based in our Hartford office for remote and in office roles.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Serving as the engagement lead on specific client accounts, taking responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables.Develop detailed engagement work plans, illustrating budgets and schedules.Continue to build a thorough understanding of all audits, tax and consulting services provided by the firm, and actively participate in proposals.In managing a team of staff associates, including interns, you will provide regular performance coaching and feedback, while developing individual technical and industry skills.Effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadership.YOUR EXPERIENCE.
