This role is responsible for overseeing a territory and providing coaching and support for peers across multiple locations within the assigned region, ensuring operational excellence, driving sales performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and mentor teams to achieve high performance.Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to drive employee engagement and retention.Drive brand loyalty through sales leadership, coaching, and connecting with the host store management team and customers.Plan and execute effective and productive store visits, reviewing performance, customer follow-up, engagement, opportunities, client expectations, and key business initiatives.Monitor and manage store-level execution.Analyze sales data and trends to develop strategies that maximize revenue and meet program goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sales initiatives and promotional activities.Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable for results.Foster strong relationships to ensure alignment with client objectives and expectations.Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on district performance and opportunities for improvement.Provide coaching/support for up to 5 District Manager peers, assisting with interviewing best practices, coaching/training plans, corrective action/accountability questions, and Sara+/ATT questions.Ensure compliance with federal employment eligibility regulations and deadlines through the completion and verification of I-9 forms for new hires.Qualifications: 5+ years' experience in multi-unit management, preferably in retail, telecommunications, or a related industry.Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.Demonstrated strong sales acumen with proven success leading the team to exceed clearly articulated goals, objectives, and timelines.Exceptional operational management and organizational abilities.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and develop actionable plans.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.Flexibility to travel within the district as required and the ability to work weekends, evenings, regular business hours, and holidays.Must possess a valid driver's license and meet the requirements to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items.Comfortable sitting for extended periods and able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds independently.What We Offer: Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Access to professional development and career growth opportunities.A collaborative and supportive work environment that values innovation and excellence.Competitive salary and benefits package.Who is T-ROC?
