Job Description:

We seek an enthusiastic and motivated AT&T Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a knack for building relationships, and a drive to succeed. You will be responsible for promoting and selling AT&T's range of products and services to new and existing customers, helping them find the solutions that best meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential customers through various sales channels

Present and sell AT&T products and services, including wireless, internet, and entertainment packages

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure ongoing business and referrals

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process

Stay up-to-date with AT&T product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape

Participate in sales training and development programs

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Bilingual in Spanish and English
