JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for the movement of Park Operations Inventory equipment throughout Epic Universe and various BOH supporting locations. The Equipment and Technology Attendant manages daily delivery and recovery of operational equipment and manages the maintenance and upkeep of equipment storage facilities across the resort. Additionally, the Equipment and Technology Attendant supports the daily Admissions Operations rental product inventory program and Entrance Operations technology assets.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Familiar with the movement and storage of equipment/supplies to include – but not limited to – barricades, stanchions, carts, barricade covers, strollers, wheelchairs, strollers signage, mobile turnstiles and nodes, etc. Tracks all supplies around the resort including partner and interdepartmental requests. Navigate, load, and operate carts, both electronic and manual, through tight spaces and in Guest areas. Drive UO vehicles and golf carts, hauling supplies and towing trailers and operate pallet jacks.
Ensure that all technology equipment utilized by Entrance Operations is properly set up and thoroughly inspected to guarantee its full functionality throughout the operation, including but not limited to – turnstiles, points of sale, boca printers, mobile nodes, etc. This includes both the initial setup and the subsequent breakdown to ensure seamless operation transitions. Troubleshoot and analyze both hardware and software issues to ensure a swift and accurate response. Collaborate with the Parks Technology department as needed to minimize downtime for business-critical systems.
Supports the Admissions Operations Rentals Inventory program by recovering dispersed inventory in CityWalk, Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure. Works with leadership of each park to ensure daily inventory levels are balanced and available for sale. Delivers replacement products to in-park Guests.
Completes routine audits and counts of equipment/storage locations to mitigate break downs and maintain UO show quality standards, cleaning supplies and storage areas when necessary. Routinely inspects all operational technology equipment in Entrance Operations and files damage reports when necessary.
Effectively communicates to the Management team on status of projects by understanding and identifying in-progress, complete, and incomplete projects status. Understands and navigates successfully through the proper channels used to track projects to complete, such as SmartSheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, etc. Actively tracks daily project completion through the Supply Delivery App.
Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

EDUCATION:High school degree or GED preferred.
EXPERIENCE:1+ year preferred. Front of House Guest Service experience required.
