Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of auto accident personal injury cases from intake through settlement Develop and implement legal strategies and processes to efficiently handle high-volume caseloads.
Collaborate closely with medical teams on ordering guidelines, review and analyze medical records to build compelling cases.
Draft legal documents, including complaints and motions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court requirements.
Maintain direct communication with clients, providing guidance and support through the litigation process.
Support and guide a team of legal assistants and paralegals collaborating on your cases Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the Texas State Bar.
0-2 years of experience practicing law Strong client-facing experience; ability to clearly and compassionately communicate with clients.
Proven case management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, superior organizational abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset.
Fluent, both written and verbal, in Spanish
