We are seeking motivated associate attorneys with 1-3 years of experience in insurance defense to join our dynamic team in West Palm Beach.
Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and analyze legal documents, including reports to carriers, pleadings, motions, and discovery notices/responses.Conduct legal research using Westlaw.Take and defend depositions.Appear in court for conferences, motions, and hearings.Manage complex cases from inception through resolution.Collaborate with experts and other legal professionals. Qualifications: 0-3 years of experience in insurance defense.Must have an active Florida bar and in good standingExperience in personal injury and/or bodily injury litigation (plaintiff or defense) is highly desirable.Prior experience in the insurance industry or corporate risk management is a plus.Strong ability to manage complex cases and conduct thorough discovery.Superior writing and litigation skills are essential.Proven ability to take depositions and interview experts effectively.
