My client, a well known law firm, is looking for a Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney to join its growing firm
This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers with experience handling insurance coverage/coverage litigation matters to work with a collaborative group of experienced coverage/coverage litigation attorneys
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in the State of Texas4-25 years coverage/coverage litigation experienceExperience in areas of insurance coverage including drafting coverage opinions in one or more insurance lines (CGL, property, professional liability, cyber, intellectual property, etc.
)Experience in either or both third-party and first-party claimsCoverage analysis and writing experienceSuperior analytical skillsExcellent written and oral communication skills Responsibilities
Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on insurance coverage/coverage litigation mattersInvestigate claims and draft coverage opinion lettersIn coverage litigation matters, draft pleadings, motions, and handle discoveryProvide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjectsCommunicate with clients and draft reports to clients
