This role, open to any U.S. office location, offers opportunities to work on complex and meaningful cases.
Responsibilities Engaging with clients and overseeing associatesCollaborating with experts and contributing to fact development and depositionsDrafting and reviewing discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memorandaAssisting in the development of case strategiesRequirements A Juris Doctor (JD) degree with strong academic credentials from nationally recognized institutionsAdmission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction; New York bar admission preferredAt least 8 years of experience, ideally at an AMLaw 100 firmA science background (e.g., MD, MPH, PharmD, or a degree in Epidemiology) is requiredProficiency in products liability, complex commercial litigation, and familiarity with the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is advantageousCompetencies Demonstrated analytical and writing expertiseStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to function effectively both collaboratively and independentlyLeadership and team management proficiencyCompensation and Benefits Annual salary range: $400,000 - $500,000, depending on qualificationsComprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) participationApplication Process If you are interested in this position, you must submit a resume, law school transcript, and writing sample to us at ******.
